For all the complainers.... Powder day!
Got about a foot and a half of powder at the top today, got up really early but it was still already tracked in places. Had a sweet day though, got some footage, got covered in snow, did a cartwheel. Sick!
Poor conditions
Been hearing loads about the storms heading our way, although we are yet to see any real signs of them. Been waking up the last couple of days to a really light sprinkling, Generally melts on the roads by about 11 though. Fingers crossed for a real dump tomorrow. Was mad misty at northstar today, and the busiest we've ever seen it. The slight chance of snow seemed to make everyone come up. So we cancelled pretty early today. Hopefully get some footage and photos when it snows properly.

Trip Home
Flew back to the UK day before yesterday and it all went pretty well, was on a pretty crazy plane from Reno to LA and we flew directly over downtown LA which was sick, and if you look closely, you can even see the Hollywood sign in there. Was 65/70 degrees in LA, and minus 5 in England. Loads of snow and crazy delays in Heathrow. I had to wait for 3hours after wed landed, becuase there was no gate!! Just got back from hospital and all they did was put a cast on it!! Could of stayed in the States and had that done. Cast off in 3 weeks then back on the SHRED!!

Tried taking a shortcut through the woods to Safeway which led to an hour walking, wet socks and looking for bears but turning up at the lake to see one of the best sunsets yet.

We are messing with the design etc of the blog so you might see it change a bit over the next couple of days, theres now tabs on the sidebar that you can click on and view different sections also, Just daily photos for now. Whittle left this morning to sort his wrist, havnt spoke to him yet but hopefully he got back ok. And he gets back out asap. Peace
